Pneumatic Tyres

Pneumatic Tyres are fastened to a rim and filled with air - same as found on all road vehicles. The size and form depending on the intended use and the required capacities. The capacity of a pneumatic tyre is determined by the air pressure and the volume of the enclosed air.

a) Low Pressure Pneumatic Tyre (large volume and low air pressure)

• • low floor pressure, high shock absorption, high driving comfort
• • especially suited for driving on poor floors

b) High Pressure Pneumatic Tyre (high air pressure small volume)

• • high floor pressure, low shock absorption
• • only suited for driving on solid floors
