Proof for Certification

In Europe the owner of a forklift truck is responsible for it that the lift trucks he ownes are approved for the intended operation in his plant or warehouse. Forklift trucks and their attachments have to be approved on a yearly basis. The yearly approval is registered in a so called certificate booklet which has to contain the following information:

• • Date of the test and possible re-test for objected components
• • Results of the test with details of the found problems
• • Judgement if truck is approved for limited service
• • Statements for possible re-tests
• • Name and address of the public tester

The Proof for Certification has to be made available to any public safety engineer.
